Chef Stephanie Lutz

Chef Stephanie Lutz is an Islander born and raised. Traveling across Canada and Europe , with a quick visit to Mexico, have all left their mark upon her taste buds. She is so excited to team up with farmer Stephen Cousins  to showcase amazing Island products. Stephanie has practiced her trade as a private chef, part of a hotel brigade,   running a raw vegan kitchen, and even dabbled in pastry. She understands the importance of knowing where your food comes from and hopes these meals and classes will inspire others to ask questions and use their dollars as votes for what they believe in.
